Servomex makes gas analysers - instruments that measure the concentration of a specific gas in a process or emissions stream. The line is organised by where the analyser has to live and how clean the measurement has to be: safe-area process analysers, hazardous-area and in-situ analysers, ultra-high-purity analysers for semiconductor gases, and portables. Across all of it Servomex leans on non-depleting sensing technologies, meaning the sensor is not consumed the way an electrochemical cell is.

The broadest range. Servomex states these deliver reliable, stable and accurate measurements for safe area applications, using Paramagnetic, Zirconia, Flame Ionization Detection, Plasma and Gas Chromatograph sensing across more than twenty gases from percentage level down to ultra-trace.
SERVOPRO 4900 Multigas
A high-performance continuous emissions monitoring analyser measuring several gases at once.
Use it whenuse it when emissions reporting needs multiple components from one analyser and one sample system - a CEMS application where installing separate analysers per gas is not worth it.
SERVOPRO MultiExact 4100 and Chroma
Multi-gas platforms - the MultiExact 4100 measures up to four streams simultaneously, and Chroma is optimised for specific background gases.
Use it whenuse the MultiExact 4100 when several sample points need covering from one cabinet; use Chroma when the background gas would interfere with a general-purpose analyser and the measurement has to be tuned to it.
SERVOPRO MonoExact DF150E and DF310E
Coulometric oxygen analysers for industrial gas applications, the DF150E in a simplified user-friendly package.
Use it whenuse these for trace oxygen in industrial gas production and packaging - the DF310E where accuracy leads, the DF150E where you want the same measurement in a simpler box.
SERVOPRO NanoTrace DF-550E and NanoTrace DF-560E ULTRA
Ultra-trace Coulometric oxygen analysers for electronic gases; Servomex states the DF-560E ULTRA reaches an industry-best 45 parts per trillion.
Use it whenuse these on high-purity gas supplied to electronics manufacturing, where the specification is in parts per trillion and a general trace analyser cannot see the contaminant at all.
SERVOPRO DF-745, DF-745 SGMax, DF-749, DF-750, DF-760E and DF-760E ULTRA moisture analysers
Trace and ultra-trace moisture analysers; the DF-745 SGMax handles diverse gas mixtures for specialty gas blending, the DF-750 targets 300 mm semiconductor fabs, and the DF-760E family measures moisture and oxygen together.
Use it whenuse these where moisture is the contaminant that matters - pick the DF-760E family when you need moisture and oxygen from one instrument rather than two, and the SGMax when the background gas changes from batch to batch.
SERVOPRO Plasma, FID, NanoChrome and PureGas
Specialised platforms - Plasma for high sensitivity in the 0 to 1 ppm range, FID for trace hydrocarbon analysis in air separation unit safety and quality control, NanoChrome for ultra-trace purity, and PureGas as a getter-based purification unit for gas chromatograph carrier gases.
Use it whenuse these for the specific measurement they exist for; FID in particular is the air separation plant answer for trace hydrocarbons, which is a safety measurement rather than a quality one.

DF-560E ULTRA
A Coulometric oxygen analyser Servomex states achieves an industry-best measurement of oxygen down to 45 parts per trillion.
Use it whenuse it when trace oxygen in a bulk or specialty gas is the purity limit on the process - this is the lowest oxygen detection in the range.
DF-750 ULTRA
A moisture analyser using Tunable Diode Laser sensing with a 55 parts per trillion lower detection limit, optimised for semiconductor fabrication facilities.
Use it whenuse it on the moisture specification for fab bulk gases, where TDL gives you a fast, non-depleting measurement at the parts-per-trillion level.
DF-760E ULTRA
A dual analyser combining Coulometric and Tunable Diode Laser sensors to measure moisture and oxygen simultaneously in ultra-high-purity gases.
Use it whenuse it when both contaminants are specified and rack space or sample system cost argues against two separate ULTRA analysers.
NanoChrome ULTRA
A Plasma Emission Detector system measuring multiple trace contaminants including argon, methane, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons.
Use it whenuse it when the purity specification covers a list of contaminants rather than one gas - it is the multi-contaminant instrument in the ULTRA series.
Process and combustion analysers for industrial and hazardous areas, using both extractive and in-situ techniques. Servomex states these meet major international certifications for potentially hazardous areas, up to and including ATEX Zone 0.

Measures oxygen and combustibles in flue gases for improved combustion efficiency and reduced emissions.
Use it whenuse it on a fired heater, boiler or furnace where you are trimming combustion - oxygen plus combustibles together is what lets you push efficiency without going fuel-rich.
SERVOTOUGH Laser 3 Plus Combustion, Process and Environmental
Tunable Diode Laser analysers in three application-specific versions - combustion and process control, hot or hazardous process oxygen, and a compact version optimised for ammonia slip measurement.
Use it whenuse a TDL when the measurement has to be fast and in-situ rather than extracted - the Combustion and Process versions for control, and the Environmental version specifically for ammonia slip downstream of a DeNOx system.
SERVOTOUGH Oxy 1810 and Oxy 1900
Oxygen analysers - the 1810 is a digital wall-mounted unit aimed at safety, uptime and lower maintenance, the 1900 a single cost-effective unit emphasising flexibility, stability and reliability.
Use it whenuse these as the general-purpose hazardous-area oxygen analysers; take the 1810 when maintenance burden and uptime are the selling points and the 1900 when you want one flexible unit at lower cost.

Measurement across DeNOx treatment and flue gas desulfurisation, including ammonia slip monitoring.
Use it whenuse these when the plant already has treatment equipment installed and needs to know it is dosing correctly - ammonia slip is the classic measurement that keeps a DeNOx system from overdosing.
